Momma Must Haves Giveaway December 11th- December 24th
We are bringing you yet another amazing giveaway! This is one that I have been really excited about. We are featuring the LaMa Bra this giveaway. We were first e-mailed from LaMa and asked to review the bra several months ago. I was not familiar with LaMa so when we received the samples we gave them to some mommas to try out. I first have to say that just the idea of this bra thrilled me. It was designed to relieve engorgement during the beginning and weaning process of breastfeeding. As a new momma, when my milk finally did come in....I was extremely engorged and uncomfortable. I would have loved to have had this bra. It applies just enough pressure with the ice packet inserts to relive engorgement without hindering milk supply. When you are ready to wean, the ice patch and bra can be worn throughout the day until the weaning process is complete. This elevates the pain of engorgement during this process.
OK, that being said....our momma models loved it. One momma said before trying the bra that she was concerned that the ice packets would be too cold during the winter time. This was not a problem at all. The ice packets are placed into a insert on the bra therefore not touching the skin. She also was pleased that this bra with the ice packets can be worn with a fitted t- shirt! What an ingenious design!
