I think that just about sums up the ILCA (international lactation consultant association) conference this past week. Heather and I both are aware of the importance of a Lactation Consultant when it comes to being a new mom. I would not have made it past my first week of breastfeeding without one. Literally every Lactation Consultant or nurse we met gave us helpful, useful information. I have enough to blog about for the rest of the year just from this one show! We are excited to introduce "interviews" we will be interviewing Lactation Consultants and other breastfeeding professionals. We are also excited about the opprotunity for Blessed Nest to work with the NICU nurses to provide sweet preemie babies with Nesting Pillows. We are the only 100% organic nursing pillow. It is such a privilege to have these little babies "nest" with us! There is so much more. I will have notes from the road, fun pictures, spotlights of these amazing women and product reviews galore!
